The Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center (中山大学中山眼科中心, ZOC) is China’s largest eye hospital and its leading ophthalmic institution — the country’s only tertiary Grade A ophthalmic specialist hospital directly administered by the National Health Commission, ranked China’s top ophthalmology hospital for five consecutive years and home to its only National Key Laboratory of Ophthalmology.
